Letters from Former Patients

Dear Barry,

The words "thank you" are not enough to say how much we appreciate what the staff has done for my husband Benny and for me.

The PT and OT staffs have performed a miracle. Ben was determined to walk and worked very hard with the staff. Deb and Carla worked with him hard and he realizes it was a necessity for him to get to where he is now, and he is very grateful.

The nurses and aides who helped him through this ordeal were angels. They are excellent care- givers. There are none better.

There are many rehab facilities in the area and Worcester, but none of them can measure up to the Geriatric authority of Milford. You are the BEST of the best, and we will be eternally grateful to you. God Bless You All.

Sincerely,
Benny & Virginia Vasis

To the staff of the Milford Geriatric,

I want to send my sincere appreciation to everyone that helped care for me during my stay. Everyone was so nice, caring, and kind. I couldn't have asked for a better place to undergo my rehabilitation!

Thanks again, to all of you! Greatly appreciated!

Love,
Rita Isabelle

The expertise and prompt attention of your professional staff will always have a special place in our lives.

Finally, Milford is indeed fortunate to have such an excellent facility. We are so appreciative of the professional and cooperative attitude of your entire staff.

Regina's rehabilitation was aided by their excellent devotion to duty.

We wish you continued success.

Hi!

I appreciated the kindness of all of you, and have been telling my friends about the good food, good care and all the nice people who make it a very special place. I also enjoyed talking with you and I felt a homey atmosphere, which made my stay pleasant.

Of course I am hoping to stay well as long as possible but if and when the time comes that I needed care, Geriatric would be my choice.

My sincere thanks to everyone,
Dorothy Anderson

To Geriatric Authority,

We wanted to send along this note to thank everyone at the Geriatrics for the wonderful care given to our mother while she was in rehab recently. Everyone we spoke to from Michelle, nursing staff, and activity staff, were very good to work with and talk to. Once mom realized that she needed to be there to recoup, she seemed to adjust well and had nothing but good things to say about everyone who cared for her, Please pass this note along to the rest of the staff and let them know that we appreciate all that they did for mom during her stay.

Many thanks and appreciation from
Rose Cimino and Her Family.

To whom it May concern:

Just a note to thank you for the great care you gave me while I was recovering from my surgery.

Before my surgery I told Dr. Cares that I wanted to go home after surgery, but if I have to go to rehabilitation I would like to go to Geriatric Authority. On of the reasons I chose your establishment was my brother-in-law George Caffareli was a resident at your facility. My husband and I saw how good you took care of him and he was happy there.

I was very pleased with my stay. Everyone was very friendly, competent and eager to ensure my needs were being addressed. I cannot say enough about the physical therapists, they taught me exercises that enabled me to become self-sufficient.

It is without hesitation that I would recommend the Geriatric Authority to anyone in need of rehabilitation. If I am ever in need, and I hope I am not, of your services again I will look forward to my stay.

Thank you,
Helen Caffarelli

Dear Mr. Chiler,

ust a short note to let you know how much I appreciated the excellent care I received while a patient in room 511. The nurses Michelle on days and Kathie on nights were fantastic. They were so helpful and kind. Also, the ones who filled in on their days off were great. Even all the helpers, aides, and even the housekeepers were all friendly and nice. You are so lucky to have such great help.

Thanks again to everyone for being so nice and helpful. I'm sure it made my stay much shorter.

Sincerely,
Ann M. Beyer

To all of the staff,

I just wanted to write a quick note to express my sincere gratitude for all of the wonderful care you have been giving to my mother. Dr. Dawn Pearson has given her extra time and concern in treating my mother. I can't say enough about the nurses, assistants, therapists, and every staff member at the Geriatric Authority. I just wanted you to know that everything is truely appreciated and I know how lucky I am to know my mother is in a safe, caring environment.

Sincerely,

Kara Belland

Dear Geriatric Authority,

We would like to thank you for your kindness and help,
You can just feel the love in the atmosphere coming in the building.
All the staff greet you with a smile and goodness knows there is a lot of sadness around.

Your "home" runs so well because there's "TEAM WORK"

Thanks again for giving me peace of mind when I leave Frank in good capable hands.

Sincerely,

Beverly Carroll
